On Friday, February 19th, 2021 at 12:30 p.m. PST (UTC -8), we'll be performing maintenance to update our SFTP Service.
The new version of our FTP software has internal speed and efficiency improvements and takes advantage of a new version of the FTP API. Because of an extensive testing period, we do not anticipate any difficulties for customers using FTP. Nevertheless, we want to let you know just in case you notice any issues after Friday.
The maintenance itself should not involve any significant downtime.
